If a student-athlete is not going to take the school transportation a travel release form must be completed 48 hours prior to departure. The Activities Office needs this form to be signed by a parent and turned into the office. Also, let the Activities Office know which parent is driving them home. The office will then notify the coaching staff. If the coaching staff is not notified, the student-athlete will be forced to take school transportation. The form cannot be given to the coach at the event. The student athlete cannot get picked up by a sibling or other relative.
