Registration begins May 21

2018 Fall Sports Online Registration

Online registration can be done from home,

• A copy of your MSHSL physical form needs to be on file in the Athletic/Activities Office BEFORE you can register online or the registration software will not let you register. 
• IF your physical expires between May 21st and November 25th, an updated copy needs to be on file for Fall Registration.
• You can locate your physical date in Skyward Family Access (Student Info, Custom Forms, right side click All History)
• If you are having a difficult time scheduling a physical for your child with your family physician, you can choose to register on-line August 1, 2 or 3. 
• The office will be closed starting Tuesday, June 12 and will reopen on August 1.  Please be aware, there will NOT be anyone in the Athletic/Activities Office to help you with your registration questions or to update your physical in Skyward.
• Again your last window to register will be August 1, 2, 3
• Physicals are good for 3 years.

1. Make sure your registration is completed online
2. A copy of your physical is on file in the Athletic/Activities Office - PRIOR to registration
3. Fee has been paid
4. You will not be able to practice the first day of practice/tryouts if #’s 1 - 3 are not completed.
5.  When you register, your credit/debt card will NOT be charged until early August.

ONLINE REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 21

In order to make each student feel successful in our athletic/activities programs, it is extremely important for the student to be at ALL practices. Regretfully we have tryouts in some sports and have to, at times, limit participants in some sports. Please make sure you register on time based on the registration dates above.
