Captains' Practices | Summer Schedule
Captain-led practices are open to students who will be in grades 7-12 (Fall 2024) and are planning to try out for the JM boys soccer team. Current and prospective players get fit, practice skills and, most importantly, enjoy time together as a team. Participation is free and voluntary. No registration required.
Bring: soccer ball, cleats, 2 t-shirts for scrimmages (1 white, 1 black), water, snacks and sunscreen.
Last-minute changes to the schedule are communicated by captains via their Instagram page (click icon in left column).

Strength & Conditioning | Summer Schedule (Optional)
90-minute training sessions include a 45-minute speed/acceleration workout and a 45-minute strength/power workout.
June 10 - August 1, 2024
9:45 to 11:15 am in Weight Room @ Dakota Middle School
Weekdays M, T, W, R (no sessions July 1-6)
Fee: $55 per athlete
