Travel Release forms NEED to be filled out and submitted to the Activities Office 48 hours in advance of the event. This was addressed in the PAC Meeting. We will not be accepting any after the 48 hours. PLEASE plan ahead. It is very important that athletes ride the bus to and from the events. This release needs to be used for emergencies only.
FREE AND REDUCS MEAL APPLICATION
- Free and reduced meal applications will need to be completed to support your child’s scholarship eligibility and fee waivers. Once the application has been approved your child may be considered for assistance. Once approved the school administration, in which your child attends, will assist you in your requests for scholarships and fee waivers. Please fill out the application as soon as possible.
