Highly recommend our Varsity, JV and even C-Squad athletes find a summer strength training program. JM offers a summer SAQ program that starts Mon June 12th and goes for two months during summer.
Registration for SAQ gives students access to the JM weightroom and a lifting program this summer. See the following link for registration.
You should follow the link for SAQ Summer Registration in the article to get to the RPS online registration site. Once there select "start registration" for Summer 2017. Scroll down to JM Summer Activities and follow the SAQ link to complete your registration.
Team mates are encouraged to register and get in the habit of going thru the program as a group to help keep each other on track.
