We are excited for this year’s Wartburg College Summer XC Camp (July 22-26 in Waverly, Iowa) and hope to have your athletes attend. The camp is a great motivator for the start of the season as we cover all facets of distance running from biomechanics to race strategy. Just like last year, there will be plenty of games, challenges, and solid running workouts that will help both your top runners and newbies to the sport! I want to help Minnesota run faster, farther and have more fun doing it…and the Wartburg Summer Camp is a great opportunity to focus on these things.
