Summer SAQ Information

SAQ STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW COVID 19 GUIDELINES for grades 9 - 12:

  • Parent/Guardian will check the students temperature on a daily basis before attending an practice, camp or scrimmage.
  • If a students is ill, he/she MUST stay home!

Examples: (cough, fever, fatigue, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, nasal congestion or difficult breathing)

  • Bring your own water bottle (no drinking fountains available on campus)
  • No access to locker rooms or restrooms.
  • Students will be placed in Pods/Groups, once assigned to a Pod/Group he/she cannot change groups
  • S.A.Q. sessions are 60 minutes in length (times are: 7:00, 8:15, 9:30, 10:45 am) students should consider registering for same time slot as friends or teammates. 
  • S.A.Q. workouts are FOUR days a week starting July 6 and ending August 14
  • Wear a mask when not doing aerobics activities
  • Adhere to Minnesota Department of Health social distancing requirements
  • Understand the guidelines may change on a daily or weekly basis.
