For the Big 9 Varsity Conference meet, we need to provide 2 back-up timers.
For the SECTION meet, we need to provide 2 back-up timers on BOTH Wednesday and Friday.

Competition Suits and Spiritwear
Have been distributed. Suits and the red jackets are still available to order through Elsmore website.
Team Photo Information
Team photos are currently planned for Thursday January 27th. Before the warm-up for the Mayo Swim Meet.
Practice will begin on Monday 11/28/2022 @ 3:45 pm.
Swim Practice will then be from 3:45 p.m.- 5:45 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. on all non school days.
Diving Practice will begin at 5:30. or 10:00 a.m. on non school days.
For dry land you will need workout shorts, shoes and shirts. These should be taken home every night.
For water time you will need a swimming suit and goggles. If you have a pull buoy, fins and hand paddles, please bring those with you as well. The equipment should be in a mesh bag and can be left on the deck during our season.
COVID notice. Everyone MUST wear their mask into and out of the building. Masks must be worn unless you are in or near water.
We will start our first practice with more information about how practices are going to be run. Expect to have a little discomfort the first week as you will be using muscles you did not know you had.
Monday: President's Day Practice 8:00-10:00am
Tuesday: Practice 3:45-5:45pm
Wednesday: SECTION PRELIMS Rochester Rec Center
Warm-up - 4:30 p.m. (Be on deck ready to by 4:15p.m.)
Meet begins at 6:00 p.m..
Thursday: Practice 3:45-5:45pm
SECTION DIVING @ Farmington HS 6:00pm
Bus leaves JM @ 3:15pm
Friday: SECTION FINALS Rochester Rec Center - 6:00 p.m.
Warm-up - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: Practice 8:00-10:00am (for state qualified swimmers)
Boy's Swim Practices for Snow Days and Absent Days (On Classroom)
(If you are unable to make it to swim practice or we have a snow day)
Monday - Friday 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
What you need for the workouts:
timer (on phone), if there is a video along with the work out the time will be kept for you if it is an AMRAP. If it is for time, you will need to use your own timepiece.
Dumbbells if you have them, for the minimal equipment portion. This will build up your strength a little quicker.
Do not forget to send back your results.
